Elsie Flower Album

These adorably cute flower albums were such a great find at CHA this winter! We are excited to share them with you for Scrapbook Circle's June Project Kit. While Lisa, Jennie and I were up in a cabin for five days with our kids, we got to play each night with our upcoming scrapbook kits. I put together a great compilation of favorite pictures of my three daughters, using this kit's stuff. Because I had A LOT of pictures I wanted to include (this kit has the ability to have up to forty pages), I decided to use several different sizes of circle punches - Fiskars new squeeze punches - on the patterned paper. I cut each of my photos to be 4" square and rounded the corners. I had a huge pile of circles and my pictures were ready to glue and go. After putting the picture in the middle of each page, I glued three different sizes of circles on each page. It still needed something so I painted the edges with two different shades of pink.

For a final touch, I added two circle stamp images on most pages, some thoughts about and some ribbon on the binding ring. I plan on hanging "Flower Girls" in my kitchen and periodically flip pages so I enjoy my beautiful girls and smile.
