Fun with the Clothespin!!

Hi Everyone!
Please bare with me, this is my very first time...EVER...that I've posted on a blog! heehee!
The clothespin was so much fun to alter. It's a great way to show off artwork or mini-layouts like the one I did. I want to get a few more for the kids. They would love to see their "works of art" on a fancy clothespin!

The first thing I did was cut all the pieces of Patterned Paper. I'm a stickler with measurements and I included them on this photo. Even if it doesn't fit exactly, inking the edges works great to hide any flaws ;)
My measurements are: Top--1 1/4 x 1 3/8". Bottom--1 1/4 x 3 1/8".

You will need 2 sets of top and bottom for the front and back. After cutting the pieces, I inked all the edges. I used KI Gloo to adhere the pieces. Modge Podge would work great, too.

To finish it off, I tied the ric rac to the pin and glued some felt pieces for simple accents. Can't wait to see what you guys come up with. Post your finished pin and send a link in the comments. I'll draw a RAK from the names! Deadline will be Sept 30 :) THANKS!!
