tip of the day....
Did you know that you can emboss on chipboard? I LOVE this affect! It's simple,
what you need:
** a heat embossing gun
**versamark (watermark) or embossing ink
** embossing powder
**wax paper

I wanted my project to have all black letters, the style of my letters were the same but were different colors.
I started with a colored letter
stamped it in the ink (I know I need a new ink pad!)
sprinkled embossing powder
placed in on my wax paperheat embossed it
Because I wanted my letter to be thoroughly black I repeated the process.

It looks GREAT. == the whole book! Good job on the letters. Since I don't have a versamark ink pad, or embossing powder, or a heat embossing tool, I'll just sit back and admire your work, while I paint my chipboard to be the same color.... :)
