Pleating Paper
Hello!
I discovered a fun technique and easy way to add some dimension and a different look to your layouts. You take a strip of any kind of paper and pleat it, just like you would fabric on a skirt! It is really easy, just fold back and forth.
In this example, I also sanded my paper and it brought out all the ridges really well. I had a hard time getting it to stay on the paper, so I ended up sewing across it a few times -- but pleating paper and sewing on it makes just a perfect combination! Enjoy and happy pleating!
