Using PP as embellishments
This idea is nothing new, I know, but I wanted to just blog about using PP as extra embellishments in our layouts. Sometimes there is a pattern that is too big or bold or busy to be used as an actual background for a layout. In these instances, cut it up and use the images as embellishments.
I did this with the flower paper from Pink Paislee from the March Kit. I think it turned out great. I love the way it just jumps out against the black paper. Here are some pictures.

I finished it off with a bow of tulle and one of the decorated brads that came in the march kit. There are so many ways to turn PP into embellishments! Have fun and happy scrapping!
