tip of the day.....

I wanted to talk a little bit about the American Craft letters included in the January kit, they are FABULOUS! I got in my head to try an experiment I came up with this:

There is a slight pearl shine to them. I did this by distressing the letters first, then inking them with distress ink (worn lipstick) Then I spritzed the letters with a mixture of perfect pearls and water. It really turned out dreamy! here is a look at the layout completely finished:
