Fussy cutting? What is it? Curious? Simply put it's cutting out a shape or object from a design pattern paper for example. here is my example:

I really wanted to accentuate the cupcakes from the paper because this was a layout of my girl's birthday party. The results are fun! FYI I used a different color of perfect pearls for the edges...Here is a look at the final layout:
